Under Türkiye's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Bilgi Teknoloji Danışmanlık, acting as data controller, within the scope described below.

Personal Data Processed

The following personal data may be processed through the contact/quote forms on our website and other channels:

• Identity: first name, last name
• Contact: email, phone, city
• Customer/transaction: company name, number of employees, number of devices, requested service, project urgency, message content
• Transaction security: IP address, cookie records, site usage data

Purposes of Processing

• Providing the quote, assessment and consulting services you request
• Contacting you and responding to your requests
• Establishing and conducting the contractual and commercial relationship
• Measuring and improving service quality, and marketing activities
• Fulfilling legal obligations and ensuring information security

Legal Grounds

Under KVKK Art. 5, your personal data is processed on the grounds of the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, the establishment/exercise of a right and the legitimate interests of the data controller; and, where necessary, on the basis of your explicit consent.

Transfer of Personal Data

Limited solely to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions, to the suppliers and business partners we work with (e.g. hosting, email, analytics service providers) and to legally authorized persons, in accordance with KVKK Art. 8 and Art. 9.

Collection Method

Your personal data is collected by automated and partly automated means through website forms, email, phone, WhatsApp and other electronic media.

Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as the purposes of processing require and for the legal retention periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of the period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to: learn whether your data is being processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if it is incomplete/inaccurate; request its deletion/destruction when the conditions are met and request that these actions be notified to the parties to whom the data was transferred; object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis solely by automated systems; and claim compensation for any damage.

You may submit requests regarding the above rights, together with documents verifying your identity, by email to [email protected] or in writing to our postal address above. Your request will be concluded within 30 days at the latest.
