What are cloud solutions? Cloud solutions are services where servers, storage, email, backup and applications are delivered over the internet — scalable and flexible — instead of on on-premises hardware. Microsoft 365 and Azure are the most common enterprise examples.

Bilgi Teknoloji Danışmanlık plans, builds and manages cloud migration, hybrid architecture, cloud backup and security end to end. We become the single partner for your entire cloud journey.

ERP in the Cloud

We move your ERP software to the cloud

We deliver all the common ERP software used in Turkey in the cloud — high-performance and secure. We take on the server, license and maintenance burden; you just focus on your business.

What is Cloud ERP? Cloud ERP means running your enterprise resource planning software on managed cloud infrastructure instead of an on-premises server, with secure access from anywhere. The burden of hardware investment, backup and updates shifts to your solution partner.

Cloud Migration Journey

Cloud migration in 4 steps, from assessment to management

Cloud migration is a process, not a product. With a disciplined method we minimize risk and migrate without interruption.

Step 1

Assessment

Your current infrastructure, applications and data are analyzed; cloud suitability and risks are identified.

Step 2

Planning

Which workload goes where (public/private/hybrid), along with cost and roadmap, is clarified.

Step 3

Migration

Email, files, servers and applications are migrated in a planned way with minimal downtime.

Step 4

Management

Post-migration monitoring, security, backup and optimization are continuously managed.

Deployment Models

Public, private and hybrid cloud comparison

We determine together which model suits you. For most businesses the hybrid model is the most balanced solution.

FAQ

Common questions about the cloud

For most businesses, yes — but which workloads move to the cloud and which stay on-premises matters. We first run a free assessment, produce a cost-benefit analysis and recommend the best-fit (often hybrid) model.
Configured correctly, the cloud is more secure than most on-premises setups: enterprise-class encryption, MFA, conditional access and automatic backup. Security is a shared responsibility between you and the provider; we configure your side correctly.
Public cloud means the provider's shared infrastructure (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure), private cloud means resources dedicated to you, and hybrid cloud means a combination of the two. For most businesses the hybrid model is the most balanced solution.
No. We migrate in a planned, phased way, mostly outside business hours; email and file access continue uninterrupted. Our goal is for users to barely notice the migration.
You don't have to shut them all down at once. We move suitable ones to the cloud, keep critical/regulated ones on-premises and combine the two with a hybrid architecture.
